Gay guide Dublin

The Capital and Largest city, it sits on a splendid bay at the mouth of the River Liffey. The Wicklow Mountains rise from its southern suburbs. It is noted, inter alia, for writers, Georgian architecture, witty repartee and the production of Guinness.
Since its beginning as an ecclesiastical settlement it has in turn been a key Viking raiding and trading base, a Norman stronghold, the second city of the British Empire and today capital of an independent State.

Gay Dublin
Dublin’s gay social scene has seen unprecedented growth in the past few years.
Don’t be surprised to find out you’ve landed in one of Europe’s liveliest capitals with seven dedicated gay venues in the city centre, located on a strip from Capel Street on the North of the river to George’s Street on the South, via Parliament Street in Temple Bar. If that’s not enough for the gay or lesbian visitor, there are one-nighter clubs to be found every night of the week in the city, with several competing for your pink euro at the weekends, and plenty of gay friendly accommodation too.
Dublin has a wealth of world-class cuisine and designer shops for you to explore during your time here. The hospitality, humour and music here, sets Dublin apart from every other European city!
