A standing modern apartment located in central Paris, in the heart of the historical Bastille district combining modern comfort and the charm of an ancient typical Parisian building.

Ideally situated in the bustling Bastille area, where you will find numerous bars, restaurants, young creator’s shops, art galleries, stores, nightclubs and all essentials during your stay in Paris, the apartment is found on a quiet street and at the second floor of a very calm building over a sunny verdant courtyard. You will enjoy both tranquility and a vibrant life area.

This 56 m2 elegant vacation rental displays a large entrance, a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen leading over a small balcony and a 21 m2 spacious living room. All the rooms are facing the lovely verdant north/east courtyard.

This modern and luminous flat has also the charm of the Vieux Paris art style. You will love its stylish branded decoration and modern minimalist furniture. + Safety box

Central radiant heating and electrical shutters in each room. Multiple storage areas.

Private car parking (+ 25 € / day) : completely Safe, inside the building with lift directly on the second floor. Bikes premises for free.

You will fall in love with this trendy spacious modern apartment situated in a very lively historical district appreciated by the local Parisians and very close numerous tourist points.

KITCHEN

The modern efficient spacious kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, vitro ceramic stove, microwave/oven, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and so on.  You will also appreciate having breakfast or diner on its square balcony over the courtyard.

BEDROOM

A very calm and bright bedroom, also overlooking the courtyard, with its large double window, comfortable double bed (bultex mattress - size 140x190 cm) - House linen include -

Equipped with a bath, a washbasin, central heating and separate toilet.

LIVING ROOM

Particular attention has been paid to the choice of lighting and furniture - a modern glass table with its four Stark styling chairs, a quality sofa bed (140x190 cm), three nests of tables and a brilliant luster.

You can also benefit from quality multimedia equipment - free high speed Wi-Fi internet access - a large flat screen TV – a tactile “Bang & Olufsen” hi fi.

This apartment is non-smoking, and your friends on all fours (cats, dogs) or fins (goldfish or multicolored) are unfortunately not accepted.

We will stay at you entire disposal for any further informations before and during your stay.

Native-born Parisians, we happily provide tips and suggestions to our guests so they may fully enjoy their Parisian stay (cultural events, good restaurants, practical advices...)


 

The rental including all taxes & all charges : Heating, Water, Electricity, but also: the linen, cleaning on departure, Internet access high speed & wireless, cable TV, telephone (unlimited calls to landlines in France, Europe,  States USA, Canada and to many other countries).

 

Check in from 02:00 pm (You can leave your luggage from 11am on the day of arrival.) -

Check out until 11:00 am.

Opportunity to check in and / or check out outside these hours depending on availability of the apartment

Cleaning on departure included

For stays longer than 10 days, there is a change of linen and towels and cleaning every week.

You will enjoy the lively atmosphere of the streets, with their shops, bars and restaurants.
Next to the Bastille Opera House, the Bastille art market and the gastronomic and picturesque markets of Aligre and Richard Lenoir,
You will be 15 minutes walk from Notre Dame (south, crossing the Seine) and 15 minutes walk from the famous Marais district with its Place des Vosges (west).
For your travels, you will be close to the metro "Bastille", with its three metro lines that will take you directly to all the major tourist sites, such as Châtelet, Louvre Museum, Opera, the Champs Elysees ... direct routes you will drive to Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Gare de Lyon and easy connections to Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle airports.

Réservation : Deposit 25% on booking / balance on arrival + Deposit not cashed: Upon departure after inventory and delivery of keys, we will return the deposit. We will give you a contract in due form.

Cancellation policy : 30 days (100% reimbursement); 14 days (50% refund) But each amount retained will be deducted in full for a future stay.
