The flat, completely renovated, has a clear living-room, a large bath-room and an open-plan kitchen.The depliant bed is very comfortable and the terrace (with outdoor furniture) opens onto a little quiet street. It is situated at the 4th floor of a recent building (of five floors), with a lift, and it is near from many shops and supermarkets. You will enjoy visiting the Old Town of Nice, or strolling in the district of Antics, or walking up to the Castle of Nice, a hill full of shrubs and trees.The Museum of Modern Art and the Theatre of Nice are very near from the flat, and from the Port, you can easily reach the famous Promenade des Anglais where people enjoy roller-skate or bicycles or contemplate the sea.

| Activities nearby: | You will find nice restaurants, coffee-shops, discoes and movies near the flat (Tyjeff-Café; Malabar-Station); the beach is not far (about 15 minutes by feet); you can too have a drink under the trees of the picturesque Place Garibaldi. |
| Access : | From the Airport, get on the bus N° 98, get off at the stop : Port.; then take the street Cassini and turn at the second street on the right. From the Railway Station, get on the Tram towards Pont Saint-Michel, get off at the stop Garibaldi . Cross Garibaldi Square, take the street Bonaparte and turn at the second street on the right. By car, take the Promenade des Anglais up to the Port, then take the street Cassini , and turn at the second street on the right. You met your target! |

Accueil très chaleureux et convivial. Ce studio, propre et spacieux, offre tout le confort pour un séjour agréable. Son emplacement est super sympa: port, vieux Nice, Tram, et quartiers vivants à deux pas. Merci pour votre sympathie Déborah.
