Located  in the heart of the Loire Castles, between Blois, Chambord and Cheverny, “Le Clos de Lutaine” is an old post office relay we can find an antiquities store nearly fifty years.
The cottage which is nestled in a park wooded 5000 m2, dates of the XVIIth century, it was used like a home to the bursar of the relay.
It has a particular acces and it gives to its host a total tranquility an independence. It is composed by two parts and we can rent separately.
The principal part includes a big lounge, a large kitchen fully furnished,
two bedrooms in the 1st floor and a bathroom. All the rooms are whith exposed beams and chimneys, furnished flats in antique.
The second part contains a reception hall with kitchenette and a big mezzanine with shower-room, where we can accommodate four persons.
The house is decorated whit refined taste and benefits from the maximum of comfort : modern kitchen with all the domestic equipments, the beautiful rooms in the contemporary and functional design, the television, the Hi-Fi and WiFi system.
