You will fully enjoy its private terrace its fully equipped small kitchen (a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee-maker, a microwave, an electrical plate etc.... are at your disposal) along with is living room where you may rest in sofa and look through the 9 m2 glass roof or sit in front of a warin fire drinking hot tea or coffee, all complimentary!

The large and floor-level shower is separate and the household linen (towels, wash cloth, bath mat and sheets) will be provided together with soap, shower gel and shampoo.

You may use the internet (with wi-fi) and watch about 50 French and foreign TV channels any time

The self-catering cottage is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in extraordinarly quiet area. It is close to many shops, supermarkets (open on sundays), a bakery, restaurants and bars, local markets and all transport facilities (the metro, buses, suburban trains, velib....) witch with lead you to the city centre (less than 20 minutes)

You may also drive to reach us: take the M3 / M1, than the peripherique (about 800 metres / half a mile from the house). A private car park may be reserved for free.
