Eric and Jean will welcome you in an old stone house, a former dairy in a small country hamlet.
The house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 suites (set of 2 bedrooms, one large with a double and a game with a single bed for the 2 1st floor bedrooms and a bunk bed on the ground floor).
The room on the ground floor is accessible for disabled people.
The area of the house is around 400 m2 on 4000 m2 of land. I have an orchard and vegetable garden, a greenhouse for my tomatoes and 3 hives to collect my honey.

The house is located within 10 km from the seaside, you can practise of yachting, have a first flight in a glider at the airfield of Vauville, horseback riding to Pieux; all these activities in an area close to the house. I walked the trails for customs officers all along the seaside and found that over the coast, the landscape is very different from one bay to another. I did a session of karting near Beaumont-Hague, a fun experience and then proceed to the swimming pool where a steam room and Jacuzzi are available and also toboggans and spaces with water jets massage.
There are many gardens to visit by the lovers of plants, some castles, old houses and museums: the home of Prévert, the mansion Tourp, etc. ... there is also the planetarium of Ludiver, and other interesting trips such as the Cité de la Mer at Cherbourg including a submarine visit and aquariums with beautiful fishes.
The house has a dining room, 2 lounges opened to all and an artist's studio. We can propose animations for any association that would like to accommodate 6 or 8 people such as massage initiation for example.
My artist studio is over 25 m², I intend to offer introductory courses for silk painting. I can host up to 5 person and lend them the necessary equipment to work such as paint and brush. I will also provide the necessary footage of silk for the activity.
For the one interested, I can also offer small introductory courses to baking and cooking. I will host table and, if people are willing to cook something with me all together, they will be welcome as I like to share.
I often speak in my name as my fried work and lives near Paris most of the time during the week. He will join us on Friday night and will live by train on Monday morning. I can indeed welcome visitors at the train station of Valognes (20 km from home; 3 h 30 from Paris by train) but in that case I try to group arrivals, thanks for your understanding. Arrivals may be from 1.30 pm. You will be asked to leave your luggage downstairs while I finish preparing your rooms. You can take advantage of the lounges in order to relax.
The garden did not vis-à-vis behind the house, sometimes the program is a naturist weekend when several people I seek for a specific residence, it is not common but it happens.
