The newest, most exciting gay guest house in the South of France - Cinq & Sept offers five luxury (self-catering) suites and a large pool and garden.

Only 25 minutes from the beaches of the Mediterranean. 50 minutes from France’s 2nd gay city - Montpellier. Surrounded by vines, rivers and beautiful villages. Set in a beautiful 18th century ‘maison bourgeoise’ in a traditional wine-making village.

Each suite offers kitchen, air-con, WiFi broadband, Satellite TV, iPod radios, luxurious 'Pima Cotton;' sheets and towels, and ‘Raindance’ showers. Your hosts Alex & Greg will give you a very warm welcome and make sure you have a holiday to remember. Visit our website (www.cinqetsept.com) to see lots of photos and our latest special offers.

Only 25 minutes from the Mediterranean - Cinq & Sept offers easy access to Languedoc's superb beaches - all huge and sandy (unlike those of the Cote d'Azur) - and dotted with chic beach bars and restaurants. Most have gay and naturist sections, and we are 25 minutes from Cap d'Agde - Europe's largest naturist centre and beach.

Nearby Montpellier is France’s 2nd gay city, and offers lots of great bars, restaurants and saunas. Cinq & Sept is set in the centre of a wine-making village surrounded by rolling vineyards, so there are plenty of wine-tasting opportunities close to us.

Beautiful countryside also means the walking and cycling is superb, with spectacular views of the sea and Pyrénées. The many lakes and rivers offer  canoeing and sailing, and Languedoc also offers plenty of history - from Europe's best Roman ruins to Cathar castles and gorgeous churches and abbeys.

The seafood here is famous - with France's best oysters being grown in nearby Séte.

Modern spacious suites resembled apartments that retained old world charm set in a quaint, gay friendly and beautiful French village. All mod cons provided by 2 handsome, charming and welcoming hosts. The original house has so much charm and character boasting a stunning heated swimming pool, ample sun lounges, summer kitchen/bar and fast, reliable wifi. Fully equipped kitchen in suite was money saving but the local restaurants, bars, cafes were 1 minute walk away. Local shop retailers friendly and offered well priced produce. Guests from all over the world all friendly and dte. Planning our next trip for Sep 2012.

This place is wonderful! It fulfilled 100% our requirements. We had the chapel-room including breakfast. The room is perfect. It is nice, cosy and clean, has both shower and bath, equipped with a fridge, airco, dvd-sat system and a fantastic coffeemaker. The garden is well maintained. The pool area is beautiful, offering a great pool and comfortable sun beds and parasols. A real great + is the outside bar: a wide variety of drinks and snacks are available at democratic prices. They offer plastic glasses which are perfectly safe next to the swimming pool. About the breakfast (we were the only room with breakfast included): this couldn’t be better. It was complete, fresh and of high quality. We had the occasion to visit some other rooms. These all have a kitchen, and look all extremely well decorated and equipped. These offer the advantage that you don’t have to go to a restaurant every day. Another great + is “the manual“. This document you receive upon arrival contains everything you need in the area. It is written in a professional way. Last but not least, the owners: Alex and Greg. These 2 are lovely guys. Their relax way of enjoying life in southern France is visible in the Guest House, which they made the perfect place to relax after a hard-working year. At the other hand, being in a relax atmosphere, there is not one detail that is overlooked. Conclusion: Cinq et Sept is a wonderful place that is worth the voyage.

Alex and Greg, have created a masterpiece. From the beautiful high quality finishes in all the suites to the tranquil and relaxing garden and pool area. The guys are wonderful hosts and really go out of their way to ensure that have a great stay. Great location, within easy reach of some beautiful countryside, stunning beaches, and lively towns and cities. We will definitely be making a repeat visit.

An outstanding residence in a great location. Alex and Greg have created a little piece of paradise and we couldn't recommend it highly enough. Everything was absolutely perfect: our suite ('Neffies'), the pool and gardens, the facilites available in Roujan and, most importantly, the friendliness and knowledge of the hosts. And the Languedoc region of France is beautiful and has so much to offer visitors. We will definately return to Languedoc and to Cinq et Sept next summer, and hope to bring friends with us too!
