Our cottages ideally located on the Riviera in a quiet setting just 10 minutes drive from the center of Nice, the airport and access to the motorway and 5 minutes walk to the sea (Promenade of the English), you will reach our region rich visit: Antibes (15km), Cannes (30km), Monaco (35km), Grasse, Nice's hinterland and fixtures (Southern Alps and the Mercantour). You can enjoy all the activities of a large city in France.

Our 4 rooms have all comforts: air conditioning reversible, flat screen TV, DVD, HIFI. Some mini-safe, a fireplace or a balcony with beautiful sea view

The garden of 2000m ² (including 1,000 m² terraced) has a swimming pool, illuminated at night.

If you wish, we can pick you up at the station or airport in a beautiful red Buick convertible in 1970 for a contribution to costs of 15 €.

All diurnal and nocturnal activities of the fifth largest city in France.

Maison dans un coin tranquille de Nice . Accueil chaleureux par Éric et Thierry.Très propre , pt déj copieux ,piscine bien agréable . A recommander et surtout à essayer. Encore merci de votre gentillesse.

Habitant Nice et connaissant Thierry et Erik, nous avons visité leur maison d'hôtes et avons été éblouis par le cadre, les prestations et la gentillesse de l'accueil. Nous leur souhaitons beaucoup de clients. Ils le méritent.
