Each bedroom has amazing views and by having the whole property to yourselves brings a beautiful dream into reality by knowing that when you wake up you are still living it.  On the ground floor a cosy lounge with wrap around sofas and finished off with cushions the haven of relaxation in this room is bliss.
A TV and DVD player are supplied with a selection of English & French films for you to sit and relax.
The kitchen is fully fitted with everything supplied to provide you with all the ideas for a taste of the local produce.  An eight seater dining table with views across to the River makes this room another haven.
On the first floor we have two spacious double bedrooms with ensuite and private facilities.  Each room has luxury bedding and accessories supplied to make the stay feel like nothing you will of experienced before, each bedroom has beautiful views.
To the top floor a huge bedroom with dressing / seating area with views and a stunning exquisite bathroom.

Changeover Day

Changeover is Saturday, guests must depart by 11.00am and arrive after 3.00pm.

The small town of Châteauneuf du Faou about 1 km apart from Kervaez, is a pretty, quiet country town with ca. 5000 inhabitants. There you find large and small stores, bars and restaurants, 2 supermarkets, banks, post offices – just everything for your everyday needs.
If you want to spend vacations full of silence and relaxation, but you don’t want to resign alternation, Châteauneuf du Faou is the perfect resort – a place for undisturbed holidays but centrally located. There are three coasts within an hour's drive, and the town of Quimper and the picturesque fishing port of Concarneau and the village of Pont Aven are within easy reach by car.
The Nantes to Brest Canal winds its way through the surrounding area, and its wide tow-path lends itself to safe cycling and easy walking. Fishing and canoeing are also popular activities enjoyed in the local area. There is a garden with the property but you will have probably of relaxed so much in 'Eau Tranquille' or on the banks of the still waters that you will not have time to use the outdoor areas but if you do then sit back and enjoy....oh and do not forget the wine...
