The House offeres you to rent the duplex (1st & 2nd floors)

The Duplex:

• Separate entrance with stoned upstairs, old iron at ground floor
• 1st floor, a 80sqm loft goes from the alley to a patio that offeres an quiet inclosed arched open area, a beautiful old brick and concreteworked kitchen with it’s little eating area and bar, private laundry and restroom separated, a magnificient stoneworked staircase that surrounds the sunbeddedcosy lounge diningroom and it’s with old floors and fireplace that openes up on three bay windows looking over the flowerished south orientated patio.
• An outstanding 65sqm old fashioned wooden 2nd floor with: a sunshining terrasse 'tropézienne' ,12sqm , a library and dressing, a beautifully “Chambre Terrasse” , 20sqm, bright, King size bed with it’s own pebbled bathroom, all airconditioned that lookes over the flowerished patio, a 15sqm “Chambre Marie” , Queen bedded with stoned walls, brickworked dressing, own bathroom, airconditioned, looking over the street, a 9sqm "Chambre Paul" room, 2 single bedded, which shares its bathroom with the "Chambre Marie".

Because of all th stairs in the House, this one is not adapted for children.

The House has an easy acces for cars only to load and unload luggages at the entrance, a car park is available (100 m) and a acces card to get free car park outside the ramparts is provided.

The arrival should be after 5h00 (pm) et the departure before 11h00 (am).
