We live in a beautiful area of France full of history. We would love to share it with you... Our house is a 'Chartreuse', an old style mansion, located in the most charming part of sunny Perigord. It was founded in the XIth Century, but most of the house is XVIIth Century. It has been entirely refurbished, in order to provide high standard comfort. It is located up a hill, in a 14 ha (35 acres) estate, which will offer you a peaceful stay in a picturesque environment.


What to do in Périgord :

Dordogne is one of the most beautiful places in France and a perfect holiday resort. It is a land of tradition, with a rich historical past, plenty of medieval chateaux, villages and romanesque churches. It also has some of the most famous prehistoric caves in the world. All of these treasures can be reached within an hour driving from the house.

It is also a country of excellent food and wines, with romantic restaurants, colourful open markets almost every day.
