This romantic Duplex ( 50 m2 ), is situade in the historic part of Cannes, at the botom of the Suquet hill. The apartemenhabe a kitchen, a living room a bathroom with showerd'une cuisine américaine, séjour, salle de bains avec douche.
The bedroom is on the first floor (double bed) and it has a furnished terrace. The terrace (18m2)is well florished and shaded : jasmins, citrus tree, .. . Ideal for couples.
the apartment is 5 min walk from the old harbourg and the beaches (Croisette & Plage du midi). It is situated in a walking sone : all facilities in the daytime ( restaurant, gay bars, antiques dealers...) and very quiet at night

L'appartement est super bien placé a deux pas de la croisette, le marché couvert juste a coté pour faire ses courses est bien pratique !

Accueil chaleureux. Appartement idéalement situé au pied de tous les commerces, bars, restaurants (Maître Renard, le Domino…), Croisette, Suquet. Duplex sans prétention mais où l on a apprécié une belle terrasse nichée dans la verdure et surtout très au calme et sans vis-à-vis où il fait bon lire et prendre ses repas. A recommander
