As you stroll through the shady avenues and flowery landscapes of the town, you will see, in particular: the Donjon greenhouse: an original building, which one would imagine to be from the Second Empire, but was actually built in 1979 after a Canadian model in Toronto. This is where the 240,000 plants needed to decorate the town are produced. It holds open days on the first Saturday and Sunday of every month, attended by the gardeners, who provide good advice.

The Donjon, or keep: in fact, a mixture of different styles, dominated by a great round tower, a listed Historic Monument from medieval times. This complex came together in the 18th Century, as the outbuildings of a castle. The whole is surrounded by a fine landscaped park, ornamented with cheerful flowerbeds.
