All our apartments are in perfect condition, and cleanliness is always one of our priorities. We furnish all the necessary linens. A welcome pack with reading material and breakfast items is provided to every guest when they arrive. We put a priority, of course, on apartments with outdoor terraces or balconies so our guests can take advantage of southern France’s sunny climate, catch some sun no matter what the season and relax in tranquility. They all offer the utmost in comfort, and are equipped well enough so you can live your stay in Nice as if you were a native. Depending on your needs and the number of people in your party, you can choose anything from a studio to a 4-room apartment or even an ultramodern loft or superb villa.

Our studio apartments, many of which have more than 25 sq. meters of living space, all come with at least a 140cm double bed, a kitchen area and a bathroom with private shower and toilet. They can comfortably accommodate 2 adults, and some studios can accommodate three.

Our 2-room apartments offer more than 35 sq. meters of living space and have a minimum of one bedroom with a 140cm bed, a living room with sofa (possibly a convertible), a kitchen that is either separated or opened on the living room, and a bathroom with a toilet and either a bathtub or shower. They can comfortably accommodate from 2 to 4 adults (with a convertible sofa sleeping 2 adults).

The 3 or 4-room apartments have the same level of amenities, with much more space and 2 or 3 bedrooms.

The lofts and villas offer more surface space, and often a view.
