Hello and welcome to the website of the QI barge guest house. Easy parking facilities. Located on the banks of the Rhone and within 10 minutes walking distance of the centre of Avignon, the 38 meter long barge welcomes you in an idyllic environment of greenery and offers wonderful views of the Palais des Papes and the town ramparts. On board, you will be gently rocked by the ripple of occasional sail boats navigating on the Rhone... you can enjoy the terrace deck for a bite to eat, relax or sleep but also take full advantage of the close proximity of the historic centre of Avignon. Ile Piot and ile de la Barthelasse are classified as natural land sites, where hundreds of different protected animal species live – an interesting bike ride ! Depending on availability, you have the choice between the skipper's cabin (logement du marinier) situated at the rear of the barge (60 euros) and the Royal Yang cabin located at the front (55 euros). In both cases, a self-service breakfast is included. An additional bed for a third person can be provided (15 euros extra). The cabins are of course comfortably heated during the cooler seasons.
