Welcome in Burgundy, in the Les Eaux Calmes estate! Our facility consists of 2 rooms (B&B;) and 2 guest houses, situated in the charming and typical small village of Talcy, hidden in a green valley. You will be lodged in an XVIIIth century house, surrounded by beautiful gardens and you will only hear the sound of birds and water flowing from the well. In the neighbourhood you will find medieval villages (Montreal, Noyers sur Serein, Flavigny) and many castles. Talcy is close to two Unesco sites: Vezelay (Compostelle way) and the Abbey of Fontenay.

Whether you choose to travel by bike, car or train, Burgundy has a thousand and one delights in store for you, ranging from the beauty of its landscapes to its unrivalled wines and gastronomy.

The two spacious B&B; rooms (2 or 3 beds) are in the main building and each room has a separate bathroom/lavatory.

Guest house "Le Relais de Chasse" is a separate house with a garden. The house comprises a spacious living/kitchen, two bedrooms (1 double and 1 single bed), a bathroom and a lavatory, terrace and a private parking.

Guest house "Le Four à Pains" is situated in the former wine cellar/bakery under the main building and comprises a living, a spacious kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a lavatory. Also this guest house has a separate entrance. A garden (with shadow) is at your disposal.
