Toulouse is France's fourth largest city.   The hub of a bustling high-tech metropolitan area, Toulouse has the vibrancy of a major city - yet, it has magically preserved the feel of the South of France with its provincial charm and joie de vivre.  

Blueberry Cottage provides accommodation of a quality and comfort truly exceptional.  In this large house with its stunning architecture, contemporary in its open plan layout but traditional in design, you will feel welcome to spread out and relax -- in a home away from home.   All guest bedrooms are in private wings of the house. 

Your hosts, Jane and Michele, are a French-American couple who recently retired after 25 years of Parisian life.  We love the laid-back friendliness of our new city and region, and we  welcome the opportunity to share with others our enthusiasm. 

With regret, no pets. There are already a Scottish cairn terrier and one cat in residence.

"B&B Suite"

The suite is composed of 2 double bedrooms, 1 single, and one bath (bathtub, separate shower stall, large vanity, separate wc).   The suite can accommodate, therefore, 1 - 5 guests (related party only).  All furnishings are new.  We kindly request no smoking in the bedrooms.

Bedroom 1:   17m2...queen size bed, decoration style Provence with Roche Bobois furniture, A/C, TV, tea/coffee service.  View full south overlooking pool, garden, countryside, and on a clear day, the Pyrenees mountains. 

Bedroom 2:   17m2...standard double bed, A/C, TV, view full south.

Bedroom 3:   13 m2...single bed.  A cozy, tastefully decorated snug.

"Louis Philippe Suite"

Bedroom 4:   35 m2...with king size sleigh bed, en suite bath, located in a private main floor wing of the house, TV, direct access to the terrace and pool through French doors with their magnificent view to the south.  

Suitability:   Whether traveling for business or pleasure, you will find our location ideal for Toulouse (if business travel, Labege-Innopole is 5 miles away).   For prospective househunters, your hosts are well placed to help with English-French interpretation needs and we keep a current supply of local real estate magazines.   Tourist brochures available. 

 Rentals are per night with no minimum stay.  Discount available for long-term stay (> 3 weeks).  We require an advance of 10%, or minimum of 25 EUR; applied to final bill or refunded if cancellation is made within a week of reservation start date.  Cash or check.
