Your hosts : Jean-Pierre and Jean-Yves, are two civil servants, ( PACSed, i.e. civil-unioned ) in their forties.  We are free mornings before 11 a.m., and evenings after
6 p.m. 30 ; on Saturday, free during the day.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor ( American 4th ), without elevator, double exposure (with view of street), pleasant, clear, calm, with wooden floors.

The building is of cut stone, substantial, pleasant, with digital code for the front door and intercom, 120 years old.  The Impressionist painter Gustave Caillebotte ( 1848- 1894 ) was once the proprietor. Several of his pictures are in the Orsay Museum, including the famous "Les Raboteurs de Parquet"  ( The Floor Planers ).

The neighborhood is popular, but calm.
