Les granges de Flaux (Uzès)

Dirk and Walter welcome you in a natural ambience of hospitality, in roomy rooms, an extensive breakfast, a fine kitchen. Just outside the village Flaux and hidden in the garrigue, the mas with his swimming pool is situated on the border of a protected nature reserve. Not far from Uzès and central between Nîmes and Avignon. Initially, Les granges de Flaux were four large barns where the residents of the village putted up their sheeps. Today, after years of restoration, you can stay there in an exceptionnal ambiance.

The guestrooms are roomy, with a sitting area and private bathroom. From the common sitting area on the second floor you can enjoy the vista till the hills of the Cévennes. The extensive breakfast can been taken outside where you can sniff the Mediterranean aroma of thyme, sage, rosemary, and the herbs which are part of the natural flora. The swimming pool is integrated and all surrounded by this calming nature, with the sound of the cicadas, the splashing swimming pool and an unforgetable view over the valley.

Preise : Prices are expressed by night for two persons, breakfast included. Singles pay 10 Euro less, a one night stay pays a surcharge of 10 Euro.

Essen : Two or three evenings a week we take care of table d'hôtes.
Commodités: Free access to the swimming pool. Les granges de Flaux is not really adapted for children. Non-smoking rooms. Parking available. Animals not admitted.

un grand bravo à Walter et Dirck pour avoir fait des granges de Flaux un endroit d'exception . Le calme , le charme au milieu de la garrigue, et un accueil tres chaleureux.
